This one's for you, Barb! Olivia DID get a chance to hit the pinata=) All the kiddos!

Woody & the girls

While mommy's away...

this what the girls do with daddy..."play" domino's

It looks like Paige is eating the candle (& I notice that her barrett's are in it too), but Olivia looks very proud of her stacking talent!

Hmmm, what's my next move?
Very impressive (although, Paige doesn't seem to think so!?)

A sign that your kids might be watching too many Halloween cartoons...

Olivia said "mom, could you please spook over"!?

Woody & I at Gooseberry Falls

A couple of weeks ago, Woody & I went up to the North Shore with some friends. We stayed two nights at Grand Superior Lodge (north of Two Harbors) with our friends. We went to Gooseberry Falls & hiked around & took pictures. On Monday, our friends went home & Woody & I stayed at the Canal Park Lodge (in Duluth) to celebrate our anniversary. We had a LOT of fun & the leaves were beautiful!!

Brown or Black?!

When I picked up Olivia from school today, she says "mom, my friend Marissa, you know, the one with the brown face? Her dad helped in our class today! And he's the same color as her!" I said "oh yeah, and what color is that?" To which she replied "brown...I mean black!"

I'm not sure what was said at school (I cringe when I think about it), but I think we have some teaching to do at home...
